A partial list of supplies and equipment includes oxygen, ventilator, cardiac monitor/defibrillator, suction equipment, full ACLS drug complement, IV supplies, resuscitation equipment, FAA approved stretchers, AC inverters and much more.

Our Flight Coordinators will call your insurance company on your behalf and attempt to obtain pre-authorization. We will submit all Angel Flight planes claim forms and other required documentation. If we are able to obtain an authorization from your insurance company we will not require payment at the time of service.

We accept payments such as money orders, bank wire drafts, cashiers checks, personal checks, cash and all major credit cards. Many insurance companies pay the cost of air medical jets. Please provide the flight coordinator with your insurance information and we will work with your insurance provider to obtain payment authorization for your patient.

We accept bank wires, certified checks, money orders, personal checks with credit card backup, American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa and insurance if verification and approval have been confirmed prior to flight. One of Lifeflight transport flight coordinators can assist in insurance verification and benefits.
