Emergency Air Ambulance has an active Quality Assurance Program. At the completion of each Stat Flight assistance flight, the transport team's flight notes are sent to the corporate office where the Medical Director and Medical Coordinator carefully review them. Any areas of concern are noted and discussed with the flight crew, as well as provided to the flight teams. In addition, an evaluation card is sent to the family after the flight, requesting them to evaluate our service and the care provided to the patient. This comprehensive Quality Assurance Program enables us to continually evaluate ourselves, and consequently maintain our highest level of service and care to our patients.
If you are able to predict in advance your departure date, schedule with us an advanced notice trip and save from hundreds to thousands of dollars on jet trips. Typically, an advance notice requires five days.
We accept bank wires, certified checks, money orders, personal checks with credit card backup, American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa and insurance if verification and approval have been confirmed prior to flight. One of charter service jets flight coordinators can assist in insurance verification and benefits.
What more can I say? Thank you for finally bringing us all together and making it happen through your medical transportation charters.
It is best to give us at least 24 hours notice if possible. Doctor consultations must sometimes be flexible to your attending doctor's needs. More notice can sometimes substantially reduce your Essex Air emergency planes cost.
We have extensive experience in plane planes. We can arrange for our medical team to transport the patient on a long-range aircraft or as a more cost effective solution, arrange for a stretcher to be placed on a commercial aircraft. Commercial medical escorts can be less than half the cost of a private jet. We have evacuated patients from Singapore, Guam, Japan, Europe, the Middle East, and Central and South America and many other countries throughout the world.
During a medical crisis, it is imperative to receive the highest quality rapid response medical transportation. Time and quality of care are essential and can supersede concerns for medical costs and/or medical insurance coverage for some patients. However, air medical transport plane via a flight on a Lear jet can be unobtainable in many cases.
The absolute minimums (and they vary from state to state) include FAA approved stretcher and oxygen systems; provisions for cardiopulmonary monitoring, external respiratory and circulatory support, IV maintenance, and at least a certified Emergency Medical Technician.
If you obtain a written quote from a licensed, insured, nationally accredited life flight escorts for a similar aircraft and medical team on the same day at a lower price, Emergency Air Ambulance will meet or beat that price. (does not include one way pricing)
As a point of note: Lear Jets are the most prevalent life flight jets aircraft due to its range, flexibility, flight comfort and reliability. They are typically best equipped for longer distances than other forms of air ambulance aircraft.

We provide a team of Neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists to take care of infants in incubators or isolate. We also provide a team of Pediatric medical staff that will attend pediatric patients. In most Stat Flight assistance flights, parents will be able to accompany their loved ones.
