There is a Pilot and a Co-Pilot on all our Sky Flight air ambulance. On the props, there is just one Pilot, typically, but a second pilot can be added at your request.

Bedside to bedside is a service that we provide and it includes the ground ambulance transport with Care Flight planes. What happens is that ambulance will come and they will pick up our flight crew.
