For some quotes including those that we require information from the medical desks, or international quotes with multiple stops, it sometimes takes a bit longer. However, we will call you back with information as well as send you either a fax or email quote confirmation for your Stat Flight Airborne companies.

We will honor any DNR that is filled out by your physician and that contains the required information for air ambulance transportation transport. We will send a copy of your DNR to our Medical Director for review to ensure that it meets the requirements for transport. If necessary, our Medical Director can fill out a DNR for you that meets all the requirements. We just need to be diligent about managing this for you prior to the trip so that your wishes can be honored.
